Ministries sign pact to promote employment for disabled people

In an effort to enhance labor inclusion and promote equal opportunities, Peru's Ministries of Labor and Employment Promotion, along with the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, have signed a pact aimed at fostering employment for people with disabilities. The pact includes various measures, such as promoting training programs and creating tax incentives for companies that hire disabled individuals. Unemployment among people with disabilities in Peru is alarmingly high, with figures exceeding 70%.
